Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your EonChat account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two real ways to do this, depending on whether you can still sign in.
If you can sign in
This is the fastest way. Sign in, then go to Settings → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm — deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Email us from the address on your account (or tell us your username) and ask us to delete your account. Our support team verifies and processes these requests directly.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, posts, comments, testimonies, stories, messages, and other personal data associated with it, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Some records — for example, payment/financial records we are required to keep for tax or accounting compliance, or content already reported for a safety review — may be retained for a limited period as permitted or required by law.
How long it takes
Deleting from Settings takes effect immediately. Deletion requested by email is processed by our support team, typically within 30 days, and you'll receive a confirmation once it's complete.
This is permanent
Account deletion cannot be undone. If you just want a break from EonChat rather than to delete everything, consider signing out instead — your account and content will still be there when you come back.
