2. Not professional advice

Devotionals, testimonies, prophecies, sermons, and other faith-based content shared on EonChat reflect the personal views, beliefs, and experiences of the individual who created them. They are offered for spiritual encouragement and community and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified professional for matters requiring that expertise, and do not disregard, delay, or discontinue professional advice because of something you read, heard, or watched on EonChat.

3. User-generated content

Most of what you see on EonChat — posts, comments, testimonies, stories, live streams, and messages — is created and shared by other users, not by Ophiron. The views and opinions expressed in that content belong to the user who posted it and do not necessarily reflect the views of Ophiron, EonChat, or The GoodNews World. We do not pre-screen all content, and content remaining on the Service does not mean we have reviewed or endorsed it — see "Content moderation, reporting, and blocking" in our Terms of Service for how to report content.

4. Giving, donations, and payments

Giving, offerings, tithes, and partnership contributions made through EonChat are directed to the ministry, event organiser, or cause you select at the time of payment. Ophiron facilitates the payment on behalf of the recipient but does not independently verify, and is not responsible for, how a recipient ultimately uses funds given to them. Always give at your own discretion.

5. Third-party links and services

EonChat may contain links to third-party websites, or rely on third-party services (such as payment processors, cloud storage, or live-streaming providers) to function. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website or service. Accessing a third-party link or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.

6. No guarantee of availability

Features that depend on external infrastructure — including messaging, calls, live streaming, and payments — may occasionally be delayed, degraded, or unavailable due to factors outside our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ophiron is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of, or reliance on, any content or feature on EonChat, or your inability to access the Service, including content created by other users.
